Also contained in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling various areas of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
